Silk goods are popular with Hong Kong people as much as with tourists and visitors to the region.  Here we see a range of traditional silk garments for ladies both young and old.

Its common to dress children in traditional costumes for parties, school plays, attending parties such as weddings, and of course at Chinese New Year.  The adult size silk dresses though are almost exclusively for tourists and westerners as these are not at all fashionable with Hong Kong adults.
